This is a 45 minute, total body workout.  Build strength and get your cardio sweat on as you use hand weights, body weight and resistance bands (at times) to feel like a beast!  REQUIRES TENNIS SHOES

Simpler Flow
This Yoga Flow may be simple, but don't underestimate the calming and grounding effect it can have on your mind and body. (When you're feeling overwhelmed and needing a workout that will bring you back to a state of balance, this class may be just what you need!)  ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Power Flow
60 minutes of JIP Sequence! ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Fit To The Core
This class will tone and strengthen your body all the way down to the core! Be ready to work your entire body using hand weights, body weight, and occasional resistance band.  REQUIRES TENNIS SHOES

Bring on the cardio dance party! Burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes. The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise!

Power Nine

Full body workout, consisting of 9 stations, each focusing on a different area of your body. All stations will have 3 minute increments and you will complete 1 full round for a 27 minute Full body workout that is sure to have your heart pumping and the sweat flowing.
